Meet Jason Frazell

Jason learned this long before he became a coach. Over 20 years inside large organizations and fast-growing startups, he saw how often leadership plays out in real time. Leading teams, navigating change, and showing up in high-pressure conversations meant thinking clearly, communicating well, and doing it without a script.

At companies like Sprint Nextel and AT&T, and startups from Series A to unicorn, Jason held high-performing roles in sales, sales engineering, and leadership. He understands performance-driven environments from the inside.

Today, Jason is a certified facilitator, executive coach, and leadership development expert who helps organizations create confident leaders, stronger collaboration, and lasting cultural impact.

He designs and delivers customized programs, from high-energy workshops to leadership cohorts, balancing emotional insight with practical tools. He also partners with leaders 1:1 through executive coaching, helping them strengthen executive presence, sharpen communication, navigate career transitions, and lead with clarity and confidence. He brings business acumen and human insight to every engagement.

Whether in a boardroom, leading a cohort, or working privately with a client, Jason is known for his approachable style and ability to spark meaningful conversations.

Jason holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation and is certified in DiSC and Gallup Global Strengths.

When asked why he does this work, the answer is simple: he didn’t always have the support he now provides to others. He is deeply committed to personal and professional growth, and to making sure people don’t have to figure it out alone.

Based in New York City, Jason spends his time outside of coaching playing guitar, digging into the Grateful Dead’s back catalog, performing improv, and spending time with his family, and yes, their Golden Retriever, Sunshine is family.
